It's all in the name!
The Neighbor Next Door began from
a reminiscent conversation, that started with “can you recall when we were
young, you could always depend on your neighbor, now you don’t even know your
neighbor”…and thus fostered the idea of a foundation that would advocate a
healthy lifestyle, expanding one’s educational knowledge and empowering a
community, one neighbor at a time.

means of truly giving back…combating health issues, continuing education, and
empowering others. All guided by
our motto: “Unlearn...Live Healthy”.
Unlearn bad habits; for we believe, change only occurs when a distinct
behavior is altered.
